Child Protection
In accordance with UK law and guidelines to working with children and vulnerable adults, all Vision Quest Photography c.i.c. staff and volunteers will have a current Enhanced CRB check carried out before they have contact with any children or vulnerable people.
A copy of our Child Protection Policies and Procedures are available on request.
We strictly work in accordance with the All Wales Child Protection Procedures, Protection of Children Act 1999 (revised September 2005) and the Working Together to Safeguard Children (a guide to inter-agency working to safeguard and promote the welfare of children, HM Government 2006). As well as the above, we also follow the Editor's Code of Practice, when involved in photojournalistic activities.
You can also help by commissioning us to make a photo-documentary about the work you or your organisation are doing, anywhere in the world. You will receive high quality documentary style photographs to use in publications, advertising, websites or other media as you please. The money raised by the commission will be used to carry out further work on our own projects.
